Monday 12/1 Agenda

Learning Goal: We will identify and explain examples of renewable and non-renewable resources.

AGENDA

1. Tomorrow we will have a guest speaker coming in to talk about Sea Otters. To prepare for the presentation we will take a short Pre-Assessment and watch two short videos about Sea Otters.

2. Read Natural Resources pp. 71-73

3. If you are finished with your Diorama Project, Read pp. 75-79 and answer questions for EXTRA CREDIT (this is rare (-;  )

4. For those of you who are not finished with your Diorama Project: Go to Google Classroom and open your Resources Project Worksheet. This will be the last day to complete your diorama during class time. If you don't finish it today you can work on it at home. Turn it in by this Friday.

*The Rubric below will be used to grade your Resources Diorama Project. Please look at it and make sure you complete all the requirements!!

4. While you are working on the worksheet, I will call a few groups at a time to weigh the sprouted seeds.

1. Go to Google Classroom and open your Resources Project Worksheet. A lot of you are behind on your work. You should have it at least half way completed by now (2 quarters). We are going to go over the 1st and 3rd quarters together. 


2. Finish quarters 2 and 4 of your worksheet, then you can start working on the diorama. It is due at the end of the period tomorrow (Tuesday).
